First Solar in Louisiana

Louisiana Economic Development’s statewide talent platform, LouisianaNOW.jobs, helps job seekers discover career opportunities across Louisiana. You bring trusted relationships, local knowledge and direct connections to your community, employers and the people you support. The Partner Digital Toolkit gives you ready-to-use resources to extend that reach, without creating materials from scratch. Together, we can connect more people to quality careers, strengthen Louisiana’s talent pipeline and expand economic opportunity in communities statewide.
Every Region. One Shared Mission.

Louisiana’s economic future depends on more than creating jobs. It depends on helping people discover those opportunities and see Louisiana as a place where they can build both a rewarding career and a fulfilling life.

LED brings career opportunities from across the state together on LouisianaNOW.jobs. Our partners bring the trusted, local knowledge and community connections that help people find them. The Partner Digital Toolkit combines those strengths, making it easy for your organization to support Louisiana’s statewide talent effort through the communication channels you already use.
